Mission Statement
Saint Ambrose Preschool’s mission is to provide a quality, caring, child-centered and developmentally appropriate program (for children ages 3 through Pre K) in a secure environment which is based on Catholic values and traditions.
We strive to nurture a love of God, respect of self and others, and a spirit of learning and sharing through a cooperative relationship with our school and parish families. Saint Ambrose Preschool is a part of Saint Ambrose Catholic School and operates under the guidelines of the Virginia Catholic Education Association’s early childhood programs.
Catholic schools nurture personal growth, scholarship, lifelong learning, service, and responsible stewardship through a faith-centered way of life. The Catholic School of the future, rooted in the richness of the Catholic tradition, will be a Christ-centered learning environment, focused on cultivating the potential of children and adults within the community.
